It is our pleasure to announce the establishment of Donaldson Thailand Ltd in Jan 30, 2004 . It’s facility has a total floor area of 54,000 square feet and houses the 10,000 square feet ,Class 100 (Raised Floor) cleanroom. Certified with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Quality Management system, it currently produces a wide range of Hard Disk Drives’ Filter products & Seals .
Donaldson Thailand Ltd is equipped with, Research and Development (R&D and Contamination Control Lab (CCL)
• DTL Research and Development / Contamination Control laboratory is setup to serve our Asian based customers with the latest technology, analysis equipment, and methods for design and analysis
• Laboratory capabilities consist of a separate lab for contamination analysis and research and development.
• The two labs consist of 200 m2 total area
• Donaldson strategy is to partner contamination control with product development for more efficient design of “disk drive clean” products and raw materials.
• Asian based R&D Center will greatly improve customer response time and service quality to especially to our Asian customers.
