DONALDSON ANNOUNCES EXPANDED AIRCRAFT PMA ELIGIBILITY FOR ITS GENERAL AVIATION ENGINE INTAKE FILTERS

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – July 24, 2007 – Donaldson Company (NYSE:DCI), a leading, worldwide manufacturer of filtration systems and parts, is announcing that over 100 additional general aviation aircraft models can benefit from using our high-performance “dry” media engine intake filters, due to recently expanded FAA/PMA eligibility. These products are highlighted on a free poster available at the Donaldson booth at Experimental Aircraft Association’s 55th annual EAA AIRVENTURE OSHKOSH 2007 show held July 23 – 29 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Donaldson Booth 4106 is located in the Aircraft Exhibit Hangar D.
The dry type, synthetic media incorporated into each Donaldson high-performance engine intake filter provides superior engine protection and sets the standard for filtration performance. This advanced technology distributes the fibers evenly with deeper filter pleats, drastically improving airflow without relying on sticky oil to capture particles like “wet” or oiled filters. Popular Donaldson part numbers like P107150, P107172 and P106150 are included in the FAA/PMA eligibility expansion.
